GOD'S UNFAILING LOVE

God’s Unfailing Love                                  Psalms 36:7-12
 *“How priceless is your* *unfailing love, O God!* 
 *People take refuge in the* *shadow of your wings.”* Psalms 36:7

Children often enjoy visiting their grandparents. Grandparents show them unusual love, filled with endless care, patience, compassion, tenderness, and understanding. The social environment around grandparents is friendly and free. To the grandchild, this unconditional acceptance gives room for pleasure, celebration, feasting and fun. 

In our passage, David wrote about the endless love of the Lord to those who believe in God. Through His unfailing love, God feeds His people abundantly and they are delighted in His presence. When we give ourselves wholly to the Lord, He alone becomes our surest refuge. God accepts those who make Him their refuge and takes responsibility for them. God’s unfailing love makes the righteous firm so that they do not stumble, but also punishes evil doers. 
       
When we have the right knowledge of God, it helps us to understand His provision for us. This truth makes us realize how endless God’s love is to us, in all circumstances. God’s love for us would not allow us to fall into the trap of the enemies of our soul. With all the uncertainties around us, let’s trust in God’s love to see us through.

Insight: God’s love consumes fear of the unknown.
 
Prayer: Lord God, help me to rejoice in and trust your love in all circumstances.
